There is a popular saying regarding investments that those who invest in gold and land will not see any loss and all they see is only profits. It is known that the gold price has been increasing regularly. Now a lot of discussions are going on about the income the land can generate.

The recent Kokapet land auction is the reason for the debates and discussions. The land sale saw record numbers as one acre was sold for Rs 100 crores. The government hit the gold pot with the sales. When 45.33 acres were auctioned more than Rs 3,000 crores were recorded.

Experts say that this is the highest amount recorded ever in the history of Hyderabad. Kokapet lands often get a big amount. But things were different this time as the previous record was broken and a new one was made.

Many wonder what is the reason for the massive amount. The reason is simple, the lands are from the Neopolis layout in Kokapet. The plots there were developed with all the required developments that can meet future needs as well. We can see broad roads there.

On the other hand, Kokapet is very close to the IT corridor and those who don’t want to go through traffic and stay near the IT coordinator will prefer the area. As the demand for the area is growing builders are not taking any backstep in spending big amounts.

We have seen what happened with the land auction in Kokapet. Now the focus is on Budvel. The HMDA is gearing up to conduct the auction of lands in Budvel. 14 plots totaling 100 acres are in auction and the D-day for the same is the 10th of this month.

As per the information, the Pre-bidding meeting for the plots is slated to commence on the 6th of this month and the last date for the registration is the 8th of August. The minimum price per acre is fixed at Rs 20 cr. If the auction gets some good response then the government can get a few more thousands of crores. In a few days, we will know what happened.
