Makers of 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' have been paying a huge price following the threats issued by Maharashtra Navanirmana Sena (MNS) for casting Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in the movie. Already, Single Screen Theatre Operators have made it clear that they won't be screening Karan Johar's flick.
MNS Leaders pledged to vandalize the Multiplexes which screen 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'. They warned that expensive glasses which were used for decoration of the Multiplexes would be broken.
'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' Producers and Filmmaker Mukesh Bhatt who is the president of Film & Television Producers Guild of India met Mumbai Police Commissioner Deven Bharti on Tuesday to seek protection for the theatres. Mumbai Police assured adequate protection for the theatres screening 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.
