Heroine Samantha has started this charity organisation "Pratyusha Support" sometime back to help children suffering from deadly diseases. On this World AIDS Days (Dec 1st), she took up the cause of kids who are suffering from the dreaded virus. She is planning to provide protein supplements for all of them.
Samantha's Statement reads:
In commemoration of this #WorldAIDSDay, i.e the 1st of Dec, Pratyusha Support has resolved to donate 100 bottles of high protein powder (200 gm each) to the kids of Desire Society on the 1st of every month starting tomorrow. An adequate protein intake to the HIV infected is essential to keep up their weight loss, to meet their increased energy requirements and to maintain their nutritional status. The first round of protein powder bottles shall be handed over to the Desire Society representatives at the World Aids Day Observation Rally which is to be organized by them in Hitech City.
