The much-awaited Union budget was presented by Nirmala Sitharaman the other day. The opposition parties and the governments that are against the ideologies of the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) are lashing out at the Union government on the budget saying that the budget will not serve the common people.
However, the BJP leaders that see the mistakes done by other parties from a critical lens are yet to respond to this budget issue. Surprisingly, the Andhra Pradesh leaders who have time for Jinnah Tower centre and supporting the employees protests did not utter a word on the budget.
Even the political experts felt that the BJP is digging its own grave by its stand on Andhra Pradesh. Since the formation of Andhra Pradesh, the BJP has not been in favour of the state. BJP promised to help AP in building a world-class capital which was not done. Forget about fulfilling the promises, the BJP even privatised the Vizag steel plant that has a rich history.
If we look at the budget, no mention was made about Andhra Pradesh.no allocations for the projects and no funds for other purposes for the state where the party wants to spread its wings.
