A study says, pain Relief Caused By Covid-19 might Result In Virus Spread Further
In the light of the ongoing pandemic ringing the danger bells across the globe, a group of researchers has conducted a study on the virus and found that the virus can relieve the pain.
A group of researchers at the University of Arizona in the US, including an Indian-origin in their study, found that the SARS-CoV-2 type of virus which causes the Covid-19 can result in relieving the pain and gave the reason for this.
Adding further, the researchers said that people who contact the virus not able to feel the pain might be the possible reason behind the rapid virus transmission during the early stage.
Indian-origin researcher Rajesh Khanna said that the finding of their study might give a clear insight into why a major portion of patients who contacted the virus developed no symptoms, while some developed few symptoms.
According to the study that was published in the journal PAIN, the coronavirus spike protein, which silences the signaling of body pain might have reduced the early symptoms of the novel Coronavirus.
