Coming to the topic now, here is a look at the highest taxpayer among the Indian film superstars for the financial year 2023-24, it is none other than Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan.

For the mentioned financial year, SRK paid a whopping tax of Rs 92 crore, making him the top billed superstar in the country as far as taxpaying goes. He is leading the race with consecutive blockbusters like Pathan and Jawan to his name.

Second on the list is Tamil star Thalapathy Vijay who paid Rs 80 crore in taxes for the financial year. Followed by Salman Khan who paid Rs 75 crore, and Amitabh Bachchan who paid Rs 71 crore. Virat Kohli paid Rs 66 crore.

This list evidently comprises of some of the biggest superstars in India in the fields of cinema and cricket which are two of the trending arenas in the Indian economy.
