Amazon Employees steal Rs 10 lakh worth Mobiles

Employees of the e-Commerce major Amazon have allegedly stolen mobile phone worth about Rs 10.37 lakh from the company godown in Thane, Maharashtra.

A complaint has been lodged by Amazon on May 22nd at the Padgha police station. It was mentioned that five contract employees were involved in the theft. Following which, A case under Sections 381 (theft) and 34 (offense committed by multiple people with same intention) of Indian Penal Code has been registered.

Actually, Another contract employee identified as Aakash Sapat taken into custody for stealing a mobile worth Rs 7,500 from the godown on May 29th.

Until now, There were reports of Customers cheating the e-commerce firms. This time, A leading company has been forced to take stringent action against its own employees.
