Update: 2020-08-23 05:20 GMT
Ahead of the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), which will be held in the United Arab Emirates, the Board of Control for Cricket(BCCI) is gearing up to see that no fixing takes place.

BCCI's Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) head Ajit Singh confirmed the same and said this edition of the Twenty20 cricket league will be conducted in a bio-secure bubble so that the outsiders cannot interact with the Cricketers.

Given the pandemic protocols, each and every movement of the Cricketers will be monitored and the Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU)  will also keep an eye on Social media platforms.

The alleged betting scam that took place in 2013 shock the entire cricketing world and two franchise cricket teams, Chennai Super Kings(CSK) and Rajasthan Royals faced suspensions for two years.

Following this, the Board of Control for Cricket(BCCI) is not leaving any stone unturned to see that no such activities take place and two security personnel will travel with each team throughout the tournament.
