Did CBI Change The Testimony Of the MP?

Update: 2023-03-10 12:31 GMT
Though no one knows when Vivekananda Reddy's death mystery will be cleared, the case is making sensations in the investigation stage. The aspects in the petition filed by Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy in the court are surprising. He mentioned four issues in his petition. The first one is, the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) should be stopped from taking any action against him. Secondly, his questioning should be audio and video recorded. His testimony copy should be given to him there itself. His lawyers should also be allowed during the questioning session.

The key aspect of the issues he mentioned in the petition is his testimony should be recorded and a copy should be given to him. Why is the MP stressing about that? Because this is the third time the CBI questioned the MP in the case. His version was reportedly changed by the investigating agency. The MP is alleging that the CBI is changing the version contrary to what he said.

It is known that a few people made similar allegations in the past. The investigation is appearing in the majority of media clearly. A few raised severe objections to that. A few alleged that during the investigation, the issues that the Central Bureau of Investigation did not ask them about appeared in the media. Even YS Sharmila breathed fire on this.

YS Sharmila raised objections on issues that she did not say during the investigation appearing in the media. It appears that the MP requested the Court to direct the CBI to hand over a copy of the testimony keeping all these aspects in mind. How would the Court respond to the MP's petition? It has turned interesting to know how the CBI's response would be to the court's verdict. When would the conspirators in the Viveka case come out?
