The much-talked-about Delhi Excise Sacm is seeing arrests at regular intervals. After Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Hyderabad-based businessman Arun Ramachandran Pillai was arrested. He was arrested the other day by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials. The arrest added fuel to the opinion that Kavitha would be the next target.
As earlier reports said that Ramachandra Pillai has close ties with a few big shots in Telangana including BRS MLC Kavitha, the Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party leaders are alleging that the former Parliamentarian would be the next wicket in the scam.
Amid this, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is said to have mentioned sensational details in the report. The Investigating officers reportedly called Ramachandra Pillai, a Benami of MLC Kalvakunta Kavitha.
"Ramachandra Pillai is the Benami of MLC Kavitha. He worked for the benefit of Kavitha. Pillai called himself as the representative of Kavitha many times in the probe. He played a big role in the Delhi Liquor Scam. He had a role in setting up Indo Spirit," ED is said to have mentioned in the report.
This can be seen as a big development in the case. Now everyone wants to know what will happen next as the ED termed Ramachandra Pillai as the Benami of Kavitha. If the further probe can gather information against Kavitha then we can expect the former MLC's arrest.
It is known that Kavitha is dubbing the entire episode as an effort to frame her in the case as the BJP is scared of his father and is trying its best to stop KCR from entering national politics.
