The YCP government is taking borrowings after borrowings in AP. However, there is criticism that the government is unable to pay salaries to employees on the 1st of every month despite doing all of this. Not just that, the employees are gearing up for the protests. They are saying that they are not getting salaries even on the 20th of every month. They demand a strong law for this.
However, a few Ministers are trying to make defending comments saying that there are no funds with the government and that borrowings are being taken and hence the salaries are becoming late. Let us consider this as a truth for example and lack of funds are resulting in the delay of salaries. But many ask how come the Ministers are getting salaries on the first of every month without fail.
AP Congress Party Working President Sunkara Padmasri filed a Right to Information query on the payments of salaries for the YSRCP Ministers. RTI Officers replied to Padmasri's letter.
Padmasri sought details on when the salaries are given to AP Medical and Health Minister. In response, the authorities gave the details of salaries given to the Minister in the past six months including the dates.
As per this, the Health Department said that the Minister is getting a salary on the 1st of every month. Then why salaries are not given to employees as they are doing with the Ministers is the main question here. Ministers would have an advantage as they get profits from the businesses.
But the employee's situation is not like that, questions Sunkara Padmasri. But the employees are saying that there is no change in the government's behavior.
