Another drug scare is rocking Telangana. Like in the past, it involves film stars, but it also involves big ticket contractors, realtors and most importantly some MLAs, all of them belonging to the ruling TRS. It is being rumoured that the Karnataka police might knock the door of these MLAs anytime soon.
All these MLAs were present at a rave party organized by Kannada film producer Shankara Gowda. The producer has already been arrested and he was allegedly supplying drugs to them. Gowda was also in contact with the prime accused, John Nonso, a Nigerian, Bigg Boss contestant Mastan Chandra and others. Telugu film actor Tanish too attended the rave party. He has already been questioned by Karnataka police. The big shock to the TRS is the involvement of four of its MLAs in the drug deal. These MLAs and some realtors attended the rave party. As of now, the names of the MLAs are being kept a closely guarded secret.
But, sources say that these MLAs could be questioned anytime now. The Karnataka police have prepared a foolproof case against them. Now that Tanish and some realtors have been questioned, the Karnataka police might knock the door of the MLAs in a couple of days. Kalhar Reddy, a realtor from Hyderabad, has also been questioned in connection with the case.
