Almost two months after taking over the charge as Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, N Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao respectively, shook hands for the first time on Saturday.The unexpected event took place at Begumpet airport when both of them came to Begumpet Airport to receive President of India Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday afternoon. They greeted each other at their courteous best and were all smiles. They posed for pictures happily.

It is reported that Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu played a key role in bringing both the CMs together. Venkaiah came to the city reportedly to bring rapprochement among both the leaders. Earlier on Saturday, he separately visited both the Chief Ministers at their camp offices and requested them to resolve the differences.
Acording to sources The Union Minister handed over notes on the Central schemes being implemented in the two states and explained both of them about the need of unite for benefits of both states.
Seems his efforts were paid off and both Chandras brushed their differences.
