The Car party leaders are unable to digest the fact that the Enforcement Directorate(ED) served notice to Kalvakuntla Kavitha in the Delhi Liquor Scam. Leaving the aspect of whether she has a role in the scam or not they are doing heresy. They are giving the unexpected logic of Kavitha receiving a summons on International Women's day. They see that as an attempt to disrespect the Telangana self-respect.
No one understands the link between serving notice to Kavitha to come for questioning and the self-respect of Telangana. Will everything get passed on the disguise of self-respect, ask many. Kavitha should clarify in the probe whether she has any role or not. She is saying that she has no role in the liquor scam. It would be good if she says the same in Delhi during the questioning.
Only the future would decide if Kavitha has any role in the scam or if she was trapped in the case. The ED is alleging that Kavitha is surrounded in the case as per the evidence given by Arun Ramachandra Pillai who was arrested recently. Pillai reportedly confessed that the real owner of Indo Spirit is Kavitha though it belongs to him as per the records. Saying that Kavitha has a share of 32.5 percent in the company, Pillai reportedly said that he is the Benami of Kavitha.
An opinion that is doing rounds says that the ED gathered many pieces of evidence against Kavitha to prove her role in the scam. Keeping the truths aside, the BRS leaders are giving a strange logic of Kavitha facing summons on Women's day. They are also arguing that the notices would have been given another day. What would happen if the notices are given the next day? Where has it written that investigating agencies should not question on International Women's Day? Ask many.
