Indian Students Can Now Work Without Restrictions in Canada!

Update: 2022-10-11 06:53 GMT
Better facilities and opportunities in western countries make Indians move there for education and employment. Compared to employees, students have to go through a big process to get student visas. The struggles of students won't stop with getting visas. Once they land there they will face issues in getting jobs as they will be allowed to work for limited hours.

Now Indians in Canada were told a piece of good news and the restrictions on the limited hours of work. Not just Indians, the other international students were given relief by lifting the limit of working hours. Earlier, Canada followed the restriction of just allowing international students to work 20 hours per week.

Two things have to be understood here. One thing is that Indian students and others living in Canada are unable to meet the end expenses due to the rise in the Canadian currency. All services went up and students are doing more jobs in fear, fearing that they might get caught for working extra hours. With the Canadian government temporarily lifting the restrictions.

From November to December, international students living in Canada can work for longer hours without any restrictions. This will surely help them in meeting the end meets and other expenses. International students can happily study without worrying about their expenses.

Indians are in good numbers in Canada and the government can make it tough for Indians. Recently, the Canadian government did not take any action against the Khalistan movement, saying that the movement was held peacefully. This shows how Indians are treated there.

The second thing is the scarcity of manpower there. Many industries and sectors are facing a severe scarcity of manpower. The efforts made by the sectors to find people for the job are not paying off. Maybe this could also be a reason behind the Canadian government easing the restrictions on working hours.

Just like the United States, Canada also enjoys a good Indian population and a few Indian-origin people are serving as public representatives. During the anti-farm laws protest, a few MP s from Canada supported the protest and requested the Indian government to not drag it further.
