Is KCR Worried About Hindu Backlash Over Damage To Secretariat Temple?

Update: 2020-07-11 06:10 GMT
A section of the media's attempt to peddle the theory that the to be built secretariat of Telangana government will be modeled after the Neela Kantheshwar temple of Nizamabad seems to be boomeranging. A TV channel began repeating this story ad nauseum from Friday.

But, there are not many takers for this story as the model of the proposed secretariat looks anything but a temple. It has typical Euro-Sarasenic style etched all over. Several sources have already claimed that it is modeled after the palace of Versailles in France and the Government did neither contradict nor confirm this. Yet, some channels have begun claiming that the building is inspired by the Kantheshwar temple. This has given rise to doubts as to whether there were any attempts to give a new spin to the new secretariat especially after the temple was damaged during the demolition of the building.

There was no problem from the Muslims as MIM's Asaduddin Owaisi has already thanked the CM for assuring to rebuild the masjid. There is no such response from the BJP or VHP. Hence this story of the building being modeled after a temple.
