Jagan's First Tweet After Becoming CM

Update: 2019-05-31 12:31 GMT
For some reason, YSR Congress Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy refrained from Tweeting even after the stupendous victory in the 2019 Elections. He neither placed any tweets either on May 23rd (Counting Day) or May 30th (Swearing-in Ceremony Day). Finally, AP Chief Minister ended the long break.

Today, Jagan took to Twitter to convey: 'I thank God and each one of you for this unprecedented victory. This mandate has put upon me a huge responsibility. I will live upto your expectations. I will bring upon good governance that will make the nation stand and look up to Andhra Pradesh!'.

Post his swearing-in ceremony, YS Jagan assured corruption-free rule during his term as the Chief Minister of AP. He placed his first signature on the pension for Senior Citizens, starting from Rs 2,250 in 2019 and an assurance of Rs 3,000 from 4th year.

Jagan assured creation of 5.6 lakh jobs with appointment in villages for proper implementation of welfare schemes. He announced that a call centre attached to the CMO will address the complaints over the implementation of welfare schemes.
