Jagan pays tribute to Shoba in Assembly

YSR Congress president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and assembly members paid their last respects to party leader Shobha Nagi Reddy, who died in a road mishap recently.After taking oath as MLA’s the house paid tributes to deceased leaders Prabhakar Rao and Bhooma Shobha Nagi Reddy.

YS Jagan steals the show while he was speaking on Shoba’s detah and he recalled his memories with Shobha Nagi reddy.Speaking in the assembly, the YSRCP president said that he never thought he had to memorise her in the assembly in this way.

Jagan thanked the people of Allagadda for respecting her by electing her even though she was not among them physically

“Shobhamma hailed from a political family and became an MLA at young age of 27 years. She entered the public life through a bye election in 1996. Shobhamma was elected from there with a majority of 18,000 votes” said YS Jagan.

Jagan described Shobha Nagi Reddy as one of his family members.He said he was shocked after knowing her death news and prayed the God that her soul would rest in peace.

“I was in Guntur district with election campaign when I heard about the accident on June 24. I cancelled my campaigning and immediately left to visit her,” reminded YS Jagan.

It’s known that Shobha Nagi Reddy, the official spokesperson of the YSRC, was succumbed to death when she was returning from Nandyal after attending a political rally with party leader Y.S. Sharmila. She had suffered serious injuries when her car overturned several times after the driver suddenly applied the brakes and died in the hospital in Hyderabad on next day.
