Accepting the invitation from Chandrababu Naidu, Kotla, His Wife, Son and Brother visited CM's residence in Undavalli few days ago. This gave an impression that Kotla Family would join the Ruling Party before elections.

Apart from consent for Irrigation Projects in Kurnool District, Kotla demanded Kurnool MP Seat for himself, Dhone MLA Seat for his Wife Sujathamma and Aaluru MLA Seat for his Son Raghavendra Reddy. Deputy CM KE Krishnamurthy is very particular about his Son contesting from Dhone Assembly Seat. So, Chandrababu Naidu hasn't offered any assurance on MLA Seats but guaranteed MP Seat. Kotla is in no mood to join TDP for just one seat. The latest development will worry the TDP Leadership as YCP gets strengthened with Kotla's induction.
