Holding the dragon country China responsible for the outbreak of the deadly virus and alleging that Beijing has surpassed the information related to the COVID-19 virus, Missouri state of US has filed a lawsuit on China.

The lawsuit was filed by the Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt on the Chinese government and the Chinese officials. In the lawsuit, the Attorney General alleged that the Chinese authorities have diverted the public during the starting stage of the outbreak of the virus.

"COVID-19 has done irreparable damage to countries across the globe, causing sickness, death, economic disruption, and human suffering. In Missouri, the impact of the virus is very real - thousands have been infected and many have died, families have been separated from dying loved ones, small businesses are shuttering their doors, and those living paycheck to paycheck are struggling to put food on their table," Schmitt said.

This latest development came hours after US President Donald Trump showed his dissatisfaction after the World Health Organisation(WHO) said that the virus is originated from China from animals and got transmitted to Humans but the virus was not developed at the Wuhan laboratory.
