Pawan Kalyan explodes over Racist Remarks

Update: 2017-04-08 05:40 GMT
Former BJP MP Tarun Vijay's racist remarks on South Indians stirred a huge controversy. During the discussion on the channel Al Jazeera regarding the racism against Africans after Nigerians were assaulted in Greater Noida, Tarun maintained that Indians can't be branded as 'racist' since they are living with 'black people' of Southern States such as AP, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. Following the uproar, The Ex-MP apologized for his objectionable remarks and said there is no discrimination against South Indians.

Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan breathed fire on the two National Parties who have been showing discrimination towards the Southern States. 'What is taken from the South India and what is returned for its development reeks of bias. You need revenue of 'black people' down South but still discrimination has been shown. It's very unfortunate to have parties with such ideology at the National level. If you hate 'black', then impose a ban on the Nightingale Bird. Remember, The National Flag you host was designed by a South Indian. The remarks of Tarun Vijay reflects the arrogance of North Rulers. Just a apology can't make people forget the discrimination. Such bias will bring a divide between North and South,' he warned.

The Actor-turned-Politician pointed out, '20% of Southern Population contribute 30% of India's Tax Revenue. South is the major contributor for India's GDP and the country is being run with this money'.
