Sending emails after Work Hours is Illegal!

For Employees, There is no bigger headache than an email from the office on a weekend or holiday. They would hate it like anything and curse the employer for spoiling the relaxation or family time.

In countries like France, Employee could avail 30 Days off and 16 weeks paid family leave in a calendar year. In addition, The Law enforced few months ago  prevents Companies, from sending emails to its Employees after the work hours. Although Companies violating the law mayn't face penalty for now, French People have welcomed the digital disconnect amendment.

As per studies, Employees having been dealing with much more work-related stress now than it used to be earlier. People are finding it difficult to cater time to their personal life even after the work hours.

Highly impressed by the new law introduced in France, Indian IT Employees were eagerly waiting for the implementation of it here. Does their wish could be fulfilled any time soon?
