Though the stray dogs' menace is not new, the recent Amberpet issue brought the focus on the issue largely. As a small kid was attacked and killed in the issue, the opposition parties and people are asking what the GHMC is doing in this regard. The High Court also said that the authorities have to be blamed for this.
Unfortunately, many such incidents came to light after the Amberpet issue was reported. A few stray dogs allegedly attacked a kid at Mallapur. The spine-chilling visuals were recorded by the CCTV that was set up in the area.,
Now another issue was reported in which a month-old child was killed. When the victim was sleeping next to his mother, a stray dog barged into the hospital and took him with it. In the attack, the baby lost his life.
The spine-chilling incident was reported from Jaipur. Two dogs entered the TB ward of a hospital and one dog took the infant with it. The family alleged that the hospital authorities did not pay attention to the issue and if they would have done then it would have not happened.
The family also alleged that the hospital authorities performed the last rites of the baby by talking sign of his mother on blank papers. It is said that the hospital staff was not present in the ward when this happened. Seeing that there is no one at the ward the dog took the infant. The hospital authorities called an investigation into this.
