Turkey Disaster: Footballer's Body Recovered!

The Middle East nation Turkey was left in a big disaster due to the recent earthquake. Thousands of victims lost their lives while thousands of others sustained serious injuries. Many people lost their loved ones and houses. We have seen many heartbreaking incidents due to earthquakes.

Turkey is in a situation where other countries like India are sending help and aide to help it. When India tried to help Turkey, Pakistan closed its airbase to Indian aircraft. With no option left India took a long route to reach Turkey. Experts said that Turkey faced the worst earthquake.

Now another painful incident from Turkey came out as Ghana National player Christian Atsu was reportedly found dead under the ruins of the buildings. During the rescue operation, his body has been found. The local media carried out a story saying that the 31-year-old football payer was dead.

The local media said that the footballer's manager confirmed the news. Speaking to a media outlet, the manager reportedly said that his body was found and his mobile phone was also found as part of the rescue operation. His body was found under the rubble as per the reports.

Though the Turkey government did not make the official announcement, Nana Sechere, who is a sports agent said that the footballer's body was recovered and urged everyone to respect the privacy of the family in the tough time.

"It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to announce to all well wishers that sadly Christian Atsu's body was recovered this morning. My deepest condolences go to his family and loved ones. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their prayers and support," he tweeted.
