Undavalli Hopeful Of Andhra Getting Justice On Bifurcation!

Update: 2023-02-28 18:40 GMT
We will enter a decade of state bifurcation next year. Back in 2014, Telangana was bifurcated from the combined Andhra Pradesh. The way the bill was approved in Parliament was controversial as the MPs from Andhra Pradesh were sent out and the sessions were not aired on TV.

Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar has been fighting against the injustice that was subjected to Andhra Pradesh for a very long time. Now the ex-MP opined that justice might be served to the state as he is hopeful of the same.

Now the Andhra Pradesh government had moved the Supreme Court in this regard. In a petition, the lawyer representing the state government requested the Supreme Court to clear the assets sharing issue at the earliest. The petition would come for a hearing in a couple of months.

Undavalli Arun Kumar has been creating awareness among people on the state bifurcation and the injustice the state had to face. At regular intervals, he is giving interviews on media channels on the topic. He even said that he requested the previous government but nothing happened.

With the Andhra Pradesh government filing an affidavit in the Supreme Court for the address of the issues, the former MP from the combined Andhra Pradesh is hopeful that justice might be served for the state.

The assets that belong to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are in Hyderabad and the Telangana government is yet to clear the dues. For this, Undavalli Arun Kumar is fighting. The issue became interesting as Telangana CM KCR wants to focus on Andhra Pradesh for his political gains.
