Passengers of Florida-bound Delta Air Lines on Friday had a terrible experience on Friday. Why because, They got an unwanted shower due to the leaky ceiling of the plane.
Tom McCullough's Son shared videos & pictures of water leakage in the Aircraft in which he travelled from Atlanta to Florida along with his Parents. In the clip, Tom was seen holding magazines in hand to direct the water flow away from him. When he was asked how much did the tickets costed, Tom replied: '$1,800'.
At least Six Passengers were drenches in the flight for one-and-a-half hour. Though Passengers complained about the leakage before take-off, Delta Airlines didn't bother to address it. Even shifting the passengers to other seats can't be done as the flight was fully booked. Only before the landing, Flight Crew stuffed the ceiling with tissue paper to stop the leakage. Passengers were worried about their safety till the flight landed in Florida. When the issue was raised with Delta Airlines, A $100 voucher was offered for the inconvenience caused. This incident damaged the reputation of Delta Airlines.
