"BJP weds BRS" cards flood social media

The Congress Party, which is all pumped up by the favourable predictions by several survey agencies, is coming up with ever newer campaign strategies. Its innovative campaign teams, which are managed by poll strategist Sunil Kanugolu, are devising memes, graphics and cards that surely bring a smile on the face of the voters through their cheeky comments.

On Wednesday, several wedding cards flooded social media. They proclaimed that the bride was the BJP, while the groom was the BRS. The cards also claimed that the wedding would be solemnized at KCR’s farm house. What more? The cards said that the nakshatram under which the wedding is being solemnized is Kavitha Nakshatram.

The cards tried to indicate that the BJP and the BRS were in an undeclared alliance with the express aim of keeping the Congress party away from power. As a dowry, the BJP is shown as going lenient on Kavitha in the Delhi liquor scam. Though nobody claimed ownership of the cards, it is believed that the creative department of the Congress is behind this.

The creatives created a flutter and youths shared the cards to make it go viral. The cards evoked peels of laughter due to their cheekiness. Though the BJP and the BRS have denied that there is a secret understanding between them, the general belief is that the BJP got pally with the BRS only to keep the Congress away from power.
