Three women met Vishal Gohel online and he was honey trapped. They fixed a time to meet him. Instead of them, a few men met him and brutally thrashed him. The suspects also robbed him and stole items like Apple gadgets. The crime scene was also cleared.
The issue came to light when Vishal Gohel's neighbour found his body with severe injuries. A detailed investigation was launched into this by the investigating agencies and five people were arrested.
Tevin Leslie, Sakeen Gordon, Brandon Browne, Yarley Georgia Bruce-Annan, and Faith Hoppie were arrested in the case and they were convicted in the case and slapped with a jail term. The guilty will be sent to jail on September 26.
