Former chief chief minister of Telangana, KCR attended the Assembly session after a gap of nearly 2 years and this is one of the most proceedings in the recent political history.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made a notable appearance in the Telangana Legislative Assembly on Monday, marking a moment of political decorum and mutual respect. Upon entering the House, Revanth Reddy walked up to former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who was already seated, and greeted him with a warm handshake.

The exchange immediately drew the attention of members present and was seen as a rare gesture of cordiality amid an otherwise intense political atmosphere. Following the Chief Minister’s gesture, several ministers and MLAs from the ruling side also approached K Chandrashekar Rao to exchange greetings. The interaction reflected a brief pause from partisan differences and highlighted the importance of legislative traditions and personal respect within the Assembly.

Newly elected MLA Naveen Yadav also met K Chandrashekar Rao and sought his blessings, a moment that was closely observed by fellow members. KCR later signed the Assembly attendance register as per protocol. He remained in the House until the national anthem was played, after which he left the premises. His limited presence in the Assembly still carried symbolic significance, given his stature and long political career.

The sequence of events was widely discussed within political circles, with many viewing it as an example of democratic maturity and institutional courtesy, even amid sharp political competition in the state.
