Donald Trump served as the United States President in the last term. He is dubbed as one of the controversial Presidents of the superpower nation. The decisions he took played a key role in this. Donald Trump batted for the opinion of giving preference to local Americans over foreign workers. This raised many fears among the visa-holding employees.

Donald Trump wants to run the elections and serve as the President again. But the journey to reach the White House is looking tough for Donald Trump. At regular intervals, he is facing shocks. He faced another big shock as he was directed to pay a big amount as a penalty.

In a civil fraud case, Donald Trump was directed to pay a whopping $354.9 million as a penalty. He is accused of cheating lenders and banks to get loans by overstating his actual net worth.

The Court gave the sensational verdict dealing with a civil case that was initiated by New York Attorney General Letitia James. The verdict can be seen as a big blow to Donald Trump and co.

On top of this, Trump and his companies were also barred from taking loans from the banks for three years in New York. Don Jr. and Eric were also defendants in the case who were directed to pay $4 million.

It has to be mentioned here that earlier Donald Trump was directed to pay $83.3m to E Jean Carroll in a defamation case. This is the second suit Carroll won against Donald Trump. In another suit, he was directed to pay $5m in a sexual abuse trial.

These back-to-back shocks would send a bad message to the public on Donald Trump’s image. A section of people already don't like Donald Trump for various reasons. Now he faced three shocks as he was directed to pay the penalties in different cases.

The Presidential elections are around the corner. If the opponents actively campaign on these trials then Donald Trump might face issues. With this, many say that Donald Trump’s path to reach the White House is turning tough.
