Since few months, There is buzz about Raviteja signing Telugu remake of Tamil hit 'Bogan' starring Jayam Ravi, Aravind Swamy and Hansika. Laxman who directed the Original was supposed to helm the Telugu version as well. Reports began doing rounds that Catherine Tresa was finalized as heroine and 'Chuttalabbayi' Producer will bankroll the project.
Much to the shock of the whole team, Raviteja walked out of the project in the last minute. Director Laxman expressed his displeasure over the attitude of Mass Raja while speaking to a Tamil Magazine. 'After Raviteja agreed to do the remake, I worked on the script along with my team for six months to suit Telugu nativity and Raviteja's style. All of a sudden, Raviteja says he can't do the movie. I am very disappointedâ¦have no clue what to do now,' he told.
Whether Makers will make 'Bogan' remake by casting any other Telugu Hero or shelve the project. Everything depends on which hero they approach and who is keen to be part of this project!
