There will be no answer from the makers and simply they tell that they are in search of a suitable leading lady for our hero! After many days, they come up with some 'out of the form' heroine whom the audience doesn't feel like watching.
This is the same for almost all the senior actors in Tollywood like Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, and Pawan Kalyan. Finding a leading lady alongside these actors is a tough task for the makers. The reason is that young actresses never really show interest in acting with these heroes and thus demand huge paycheque which the producers never a give nod to!
Even if a heroine is selected for these heroes, her demands will be sky-high asking for staff facilities, luxury food and etc that burdens the producer. The recent example is Trisha who walked out of the film 'Acharya' when her promised paycheque is not given and was asked to cut down say the news sources in the Industry. If this crisis continues, it is better for these senior actors to stop acting in masala films and enjoy more meaningful character roles like Amitabh Bachchan!

The best answer from our side would be the screen presence and fitness levels of these two actors which make them appear younger than their age and huge fan base that fetches offers in other films and a big career!
