The team of 'RRR' promoted their film aggressively in December. In the hope of releasing their film on January 7th, they released the theatrical trailer, special songs, gave numerous interviews and even organised multiple pre-release events in various states.
But the third wave of Coronavirus shattered their plans and magnum opus was postponed. The makers announced that the film will be hitting the screens on 25th March.
They have started promotions once again and released a few stills. Rajamouli is known for coming up with unique ways to publicise his movies. Now, he devised a new plan and the team recently released a new filter which is made available on SnapChat.
They took to Twitter and posted, "MaRRRching towards the 25th!! #RRRMovie. Click a snap and slide for 'MARRRCH IS HERE' sticker on Snapchat across India. Share it to your streak partners and post your snaps on your walls with #MaRRRchIsHere." The filter looks dope and fans can't wait for the big pre-release event which is expected to take place in Dubai. The official update is yet to be given regarding it.
'RRR' is produced by DVV Danayya over a budget of over 400 crores. SS Rajamouli is aiming to score another industry hit with this multi-starrer and MM Keeravani is the music composer. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn will appear in a brief role. Olivia Morris is also a part of the film.
Apart from a few noted Hollywood actors, 'RRR' has actors like Shriya Saran, Rajeev Kanakala, Samuthirakani and others doing key roles. NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetha Ramaraju in this massive film which was delayed multiple times already. Senthil Kumar is the director of photography while Sabu Cyril is the production designer. Srinivas Mohan is the VFX supervisor for this huge project.
Ram Charan is currently working on another pan-Indian project under Shankar's direction. Dil Raju is the producer while Kiara Advani is the heroine. Thaman is composing the music for this flick. NTR is joining hands with Koratala Siva soon and he also lined up Prasanth Neel and Buchi Babu Sana.
