Why 6-Year-Old Girl wrote a Letter to PM Modi?

In May 2016, A Pune Girl Vaishali Yadav has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking his help for treating a hole in her heart as her family was unable to afford Rs 2.5 lakh surgery. Soon after receiving the letter, PMO given directions to District Collector to make arrangements for the treatment. An open heart surgery was successfully performed.

After the surgery, The 6-Year-Old wrote another letter which includes a 'Thank You' message and Drawing to Prime Minister. She claimed to be happy to attend classes at her Pragya School regularly. The kid dreams of becoming an engineer one day.

Doctors of Ruby Hall Clinic informs stitches of Vaishali Yadav will be removed on June 14th.

PMO might receive Vaishali's second letter in few days. How would he react to the gratitude shown and cutest painting he ever received?
