Indians kidnapped by Taliban get free, provided with food

The Taliban occupied Afghanistan continues to report devastating situations in the country with the troops reportedly carrying out a door-to-door manhunt to catch hold of their targets.

Adding more tension to the prevailing situations, the Taliban troops reportedly captured 150 Indians while they were on their way to reach the Kabul Airport to leave the country.

It has been widely reported that more than 150 people were captured by the troops, while the majority of them were Indians. This news has created a big concern among the Indians and other organisations.

As a piece of good news, those who were captured by the Taliban troops were safe and were released. They were provided with food and water too.

The Indian officials who were informed about the situation went in touch with the Taliban troops to have talks with them. As a result, people captured by the Taliban were released.

Attributing the sources in the government as saying, news agency ANI said, the captured Indians were safe now. They were given food and are leaving for Kabul Airport.

The other day, media reports are abuzz that Taliban troops have started a door-to-door manhunt to target those who have earlier worked with the NATO forces or the Afghanistan government.

The pictures and videos of Taliban troops going in vehicles with arms went viral on social media. Sharing the same visuals, the foreign media claimed that the manhunt was started by the troops.

The alleged manhunt was started by Taliban troops days after peace was announced by them. They said they decided to spare everyone in the country and no one would be harmed.

Afghanistan fell before the Taliban troops for the second time making the situation horrible. After the foreign forces were called off by the respective nations, the Taliban troops took no time to capture the country.

A few incidents were reported in Afghanistan where women and others were attacked by the Taliban while they were protesting against the Taliban taking over Afghanistan. The Taliban are in talks to set up a Governing Council to take care of the governance related issues.
