BC Welfare Association national president, MLA R. Krishaniah gave a shock to the Telugu Desam Party leaders. It is known that Krishnaiah been maintaining distance from the party for quite some time and he is upset with the TDP approach. There is a talk that Krishnaiah is upset with the way TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu is indirectly weakening BC association in AP to send him out of the party. Krishnaiah made interesting comments on this occasion. He said that he doesn't even have TDP membership.
Joint Action Committee(JAC) of Unemployees conducted a meet recently in LB Nagar demanding both the governments of Telugu States to fill up the vacant posts and issue notification for new jobs. Krishnaiah attended the meeting as a chief guest and gave an interesting speech. He alleged that even the central government didn't have the clear information about the vacant posts and the officials are misleading the ruling governments. He demanded the state and central governments to look into the issue immediately. He cautioned the government that it is not good for the society to increase dissatisfaction among the youth.
When he was speaking to the reporters after the meeting, he said that he never told anybody that he is a TDP leader and he has never taken TDP membership. When reporters asked him that he contested the last assembly elections on TDP ticket, he said that he supported TDP as part of Chandrababu Naidu agreement with BC association. He reminded that he contested on TDP ticket as part of that agreement.
He reiterated that injustice meted out to BCs in Andhra and he will continue to fight for their rights. He questioned Chandrababu that why is he not issuing job notifications? He reminded it was Chandrababu who promised a job for each household in the last elections and he is not fulfilling his promise now.
