Pakistan Army Chief General Raheel Sharif lashed out at India over the violence in Kashmir. He told, 'Raining bullets on the unarmed Kashmiri People isn't the solution to restore peace but respecting their aspirations would be the key. Pakistan will continue to extend diplomatic and moral support to the Kashmir separatists who are our lifeline'.
Mr. Raheel Sharif described the Pakistan-China friendship as the great example of mutual respect and principle of equality.
In July this year, 22-Year-Old Burhan Wani was killed by the Indian Armed Forces. Following which, Kashmir Separatists began targeting police stations and security forces. About 70 were killed and more than 10,000 got injured in the clashes.
Pakistan described the violence in Kashmir valley as the struggle of people for freedom. It also declared Burhan Wani as a Martyr.
