Few days ago, Offices of Varanasi Collector and Superintendent of Police received a phone call from an unidentified caller who allegedly abused and threatened to kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Soon, Intelligence and Anti-Terror Agencies tried the best to trace the Caller who made the threat call. Based on the Technical Evidence, The accused has been identified as Dev Prabhakar Mishra.
The threat call was made by Dev Prabhakar Mishra on Friday using a Mobile Phone. ATS Officials nabbed him by Saturday morning and interrogated to check if he is associated with any Terror outfits. A case was booked against him under Section 182 (false information), 505 (2) (public mischief) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC. The accused was sent to remand after being produced in the court.
Dev Prabhakar Mishra claims he is suffering from mental ailment and hence made such a call. However, ATS Officials suspect he is just bluffing to come out of the mess.
