There are a lot of rumours in the film nagar right now that Bollywood film Hindi Medium is going to be remade into Telugu with Victory Venkatesh playing the lead role. The buzz is that Nandini Reddy might get the opportunity to direct this film but the official announcement is yet to be made. The buzz is that the director is busy working on the changes of the film for the Telugu version.
Apparently, there is a negative talk on Nandini Reddy handling this remake subject because of her earlier movies. She earlier directed Ala Modalindhi movie and she lifted so many scenes from several Hollywood movies. Also, she made another film Jabardasth which is a freemake of Band Baja Bharat. She faced some legal problems for the film too.
Later, she directed Kalyana Vaibhigame which ended as a flop. In this scenario, handling a subject with a star will surely draw her into much confusion.
