Telangana High Court Disqualified Ruling Party MLA!
The High Court gave the sensational order in the petition filed by Jalagam Venkat Rao.

As per the information that is coming from mainstream media, BRS Kothagudem MLA Vanama Venkateswara Rao was disqualified. The issue which has been pending for a few years finally saw a big development with the High Court disqualifying him.
The High Court gave the sensational order in the petition filed by Jalagam Venkat Rao. He has been waging a legal war against Vanama and the verdict was finally given in Jalagam Venkat Rao's favour.
Going into details, Jalagam Venkat Rao and Vanama Venkateswara Rao contested the 2018 elections from Kothagudem Assembly constituency. Vanama won the seat with a small margin. He was with the Congress back then and he took the BRS path after the elections.
In 2019, Jalagam Venkat Rao filed a petition saying that Vanama filed a wrong affidavit and he did not disclose the assets of his wife in the election affidavit which is against the rules and he faces a disqualification for the same.
Having satisfied with the evidence, the High Court disqualified Vanama as an MLA. Jalagam Venkat Rao was declared the MLA in the elections as he came second in the elections. He faced a double delight in the case.
The High Court's verdict is a big blow to Vanama. Earlier he was in the news for the illegal dealings his son did. Unable to deal with this, a family took the extreme step and recorded a video. The issue became a sensation and his son Vanama Raghava was arrested and sent to jail. He was given a conditional bail. Now Vanama was disqualified as an MLA.
