Recently Baalayya digs bore well at his home located at Jubilee Hills Road No. 45.But he didnt took any approval from the concerned department.By knowing this Hyderabad Revenue department fined Baalayya with Rs 10,000 for not taking any permission before digging a bore well.
According to the rules one should take permission and requires mandatory registration before digging a bore well be it for domestic, industrial, commercial or entertainment purposes.
As per reports, neighbors believed to have lodged a complaint with the revenue officials.The officials even warned that they will stop the bore well from being used at Balakrishna's house he fails to pay the fine.
